Here's a client-facing description of TIBI, written in your voice — plain, direct, built to be read by someone deciding whether to book. The Tolmi Identity Breakthrough Intensive (TIBI) Most people don't have a strategy problem. They have an identity problem wearing a strategy costume. You know what you should do. You've read the books. You've made the lists. And still something holds. That "something" isn't weakness. It's an old story running underneath the surface — a belief about who you are that was true once and isn't anymore. TIBI is how we find that story, name it, and change it at the root. This is not therapy. It's not a pep talk. It's not a folder of frameworks you'll never open again. TIBI is a private, structured engagement that takes you from where you are to where you long to be — and installs the momentum to keep you there. How it works — four phases: Discovery (~1 hour). We map the real issue. Not the surface complaint — the pattern under it. You leave this session already seeing yourself more clearly. Intensive (~1.5 hours). This is the breakthrough. We go to the root, resolve the old conflict, and realign your identity with your values and your vision. Deep work, done with care. Integration (~1.5 hours). We make the change stick. New patterns get anchored so they feel natural — not forced, not white-knuckled. Strategic Alignment Coaching (as needed, 20-45 minutes, for three months). We hold the line while the new identity becomes your default. Momentum, not willpower. The journey inside those phases follows a proven seven-stage arc: find the root, map it accurately, open up new possibilities, transform at the source, lock in the change, carry it into your future, and install the momentum that keeps you moving. You'll feel each stage. You won't have to manage it — that's my job. Why book: Because clarity you can't act on isn't clarity. Because the thing standing between you and the next version of your life is closer to the surface than you think — and it will not resolve itself by waiting. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Tolmi Leadership Booking Your spot is held when payment is received. Sessions aren't confirmed until then — this keeps the calendar honest for everyone waiting. Once you book, you have a 72-hour cool-off window. If you change your mind in those 72 hours and we haven't yet begun, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Once the work begins, fees are non-refundable — the preparation and the reserved time have already been spent on you. I take a limited number of TIBI clients at a time. This is deep work, and it's held with care. When the calendar is full, new clients join the waitlist (below). Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens. If you need to move a session, give me at least 48 hours' notice and we'll find a new time at no cost. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited. The time was set aside for you and can't be given to anyone else on short notice. If illness, emergency, or something unforeseen comes up on my end, I'll reschedule you promptly and without penalty. You'll always get the full engagement you paid for. Waitlist When I'm at capacity, you can join the waitlist at no charge. Spots are offered in the order they're requested. When a place opens, I'll reach out. You'll have 48 hours to claim it before I move to the next person — not to rush you, but to be fair to everyone waiting. If the timing isn't right, tell me and I'll keep you on the list for the next opening. Joining the waitlist doesn't obligate you to anything. It simply holds your place in line.
