Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Tolmi Leadership Booking Your spot is held when payment is received. Sessions aren't confirmed until then — this keeps the calendar honest for everyone waiting. Once you book, you have a 72-hour cool-off window. If you change your mind in those 72 hours and we haven't yet begun, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Once the work begins, fees are non-refundable — the preparation and the reserved time have already been spent on you. I take a limited number of TIBI clients at a time. This is deep work, and it's held with care. When the calendar is full, new clients join the waitlist (below). Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens. If you need to move a session, give me at least 48 hours' notice and we'll find a new time at no cost. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited. The time was set aside for you and can't be given to anyone else on short notice. If illness, emergency, or something unforeseen comes up on my end, I'll reschedule you promptly and without penalty. You'll always get the full engagement you paid for. Waitlist When I'm at capacity, you can join the waitlist at no charge. Spots are offered in the order they're requested. When a place opens, I'll reach out. You'll have 48 hours to claim it before I move to the next person — not to rush you, but to be fair to everyone waiting. If the timing isn't right, tell me and I'll keep you on the list for the next opening. Joining the waitlist doesn't obligate you to anything. It simply holds your place in line.
